Congratulations on the birth of your baby!We at Oakmont Presbyterian Church celebrate this joy with you and look forward to supporting you over the next weeks and months as you welcome this new child into your home. Below are two documents that may be accessed regarding the baptism of your child: Baptism Commitment Form (click here) God's Love and the Peoples' Response - is our church's baptism booklet that is consistent with the Presbyterian Church (USA) Book of Order. Baptism Commitment Form - needs to be printed, completed and signed by both parents (or the one who is a member if both are not members) and returned to Oakmont Presbyterian Church at 415 Pennsylvania Avenue, Oakmont, PA 15139. Please contact the church office to arrange a time with Rev. Dr. Steve Wilson, Pastor, so he can meet with you to explore baptism and possible dates for the sacrament. |
